Weekend Update

Not a whole heck of a lot to report to be frank.

Friday - 8 hours at the 'Bucks.

Saturday - 8 hours at the 'Bucks.

Sunday - 8 hours at the 'Bucks.

I know - tres exciting. Aside from all the coffee-ing, NavyGuy and I went out to dinner with another couple on Sunday night (yummo bloomin' onion at Outback!), and that's about it.

Please tell me someone else had a more interesting weekend than us...?

I helped my mom paint the guest room. 8 hours, 2 coats of paint and the room is completely transformed.

Wine tasting in Napa Valley! Twas fun, and amusing to see Brother-in-law get silly while tasting ;)

(Needless to say, Lucy was not a fan of the day long excursion - she would have loved to have her cousin Tally around to play with!)

Oh, and forgot to mention - finished book #1 this weekend! 'A Political Brain'...highly recommend it, but it did take me a bit longer to get through. Now I'm onto 'The Audacity to Win'...clearly just raiding Brother-in-law's book collection!

Zumba, correcting papers, lesson plans, open house at 50 14th, shopping, sitting with G'ma. Can you stand the excitement? At least you were making money. I was just spending, and not for anything fun.

Flew home from Pittsburgh on Saturday, home by noon, nap, went to see Bill Cosby in the city Saturday night, out for dinner and drinks after. Sunday we had brunch, football, crocheting, sleep.

scrapbook-palooza! Excellent weekend full of paper cuts and puppy chow and applebees for supper Saturday night. Abby's birth year book is all done and I'm 1/2 way through the pictures from her 1 year. Super productive, but all day today I've been suffering from vacation hangover. I need a day to rest from vacation!

I can't wait to show you the books....
