Another step closer...

We had our inspection today for the new house - everything was great! The house was just built in 2006, and was lived in for a very short time, so we sort of expected that things should be in order, but we were still worried. You never know what hidden surprises could be waiting for you once you send an inspector into the house. Luckily, Dan our "BrickKicker" inspector, rocked, and found not one major problem.

While NavyGuy followed the BrickKicker around, I took more photos of the place, and made some measurements so I can do a little furniture planning :) If you'd like to check out our new digs, here are the collection of photos that I took, and that were provided by the real estate website:

You can also view the photos individually here. We're so excited!!!

So clearly, the only suitable scenario will be for HistoryGirlie to move in. Otherwise, the kitchen will just never get the right amount of love :)
